Are they true to size?
I’d say they fit true to size, based on my pair.
Since they keep their shape and half sizes aren’t available, I’d recommend sizing up.
Is the comfort worth it?
They only needed minimal break-in time..
How do they perform over time?
Since they come pre-distressed, I didn’t worry about wearing them outside. I’ve worn them all over the city, and I’m impressed with the durability. No glitter has fallen off, and the shape stayed solid. Because they already look worn, I can’t even tell if there’s new wear and tear.
How are they vs. other brands?
Nothing else compares in comfort or quality. I’ve tried others like Vejas, but Golden Goose are just on another level. There’s a secret wedge inside that adds just over an inch — making your legs look longer. Also, they’re not mass-produced, so each pair is custom-feeling. And the shine on mine? Stunning.
Would you buy again?
Yes! Just try not to pay full price. They’re not cheap, so getting them with a promo is smarter. I’d pay several hundred for the quality, especially if you find a style that suits you. I went bold with sparkle, but a minimalist version would also look great.
