The system

The online booking system of Villas Veaco allows you to make reservations in real time, at any time of the year, according to the conditions detailed below. In the case of payment of the reservation through credit card, it is essential that you provide the card number and expiration date, if requested, your security code to confirm and guarantee your reservations, along with a telephone number of contact and an email address so you can receive information about the status of reservations. All rates and promotions are subject to their own sales conditions, as published.

Reservation confirmation

The system will provide the data of the reservation made, along with a “locator” number, which must be used for any other operation or communication.

The reservation confirmation, provided by the system, will be subject to the validation of the data relating to the credit card. Consequently, if there are errors in the credit card provided, the reservation will be canceled.

The validity of the pre-booking will be detailed in the confirmation email sent by Villas Veaco upon receiving the request.

When consulting “availability and price” and in the “confirmation of reservation” the amount corresponding to the total of your stay will be presented.

Availability is guaranteed only for those reservations made through an immediate payment system (eg, credit / debit card online or PayPal).

The company reserves the right to correct the contents of a reservation if there is evidence of an erratum or manifest error (eg, in the confirmation to the client appeared a concept that it had not selected, or paid).

Modification, cancellation and no-show

It is possible to make modifications to an already confirmed reservation in the dates of arrival and departure, in the type of Villa chosen, in the selected rate (according to those in force at the time of the modification), and in other data of the reservation, as long as there is availability and if the policies of the reservation allow it.

Modification shall also be understood as a reduction or increase in the number of villas or number of persons or nights or a change in the name of the client and a change in the dates of the trip. Please check with us the new policies and supplements of your booking. Some rates are directly related to the number of nights booked, so any change may increase the daily price of the remaining nights.

General

The execution of any operation implies full acceptance of these general conditions.

These conditions are of general application, except in those promotions in which they expressly detail in a particular way other conditions of cancellation, modification or refund different from the previous ones.

The consigned fees include taxes applicable by law on the date of publication. Any variation in the concepts, bases or tax types applicable, will result in their consequent impact on the final price of the service, on the date on which it is provided.

Once the check-in is completed, a credit / debit card will be required as a guarantee.

To perform any operation, a minimum age of 18 years is required.

Villas Veaco reserves the right to demand the corresponding responsibilities for the improper use of this system or the breach of the rules contained in these general conditions.

The user will be the only responsible in the event that the use of the service is done in a defective, partial or erroneous way, or in case someone operates on their behalf or on their own, using the procedures and their access code.

Villas Veaco is not responsible for the interruption, inaccessibility or failure of any other nature that may suffer the operation of the system, as a consequence of those that may occur in any telecommunications services or other accessories unrelated to this entity and required for the operation of the same.

Pets are not allowed, except for Villa los Flamencos and Villa Veaco Beach where they are admitted with a supplement and on request.
